Duke brings a journeyman lineman’s perspective and experience as a safety coordinator to D&S Safety Training. His background includes utility construction and the everyday decisions that help crews work safely.

His training background includes American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED instructor certification and OSHA 500 trainer coursework.
